TK came into our care from a home. He is a very comical boy who can be very stubborn indeed when he wants to be. He walks well with other dogs and he used to live with another dog (his sister), but he can get over stimulated quite quickly so we think he would be better suited as the only pet in a calm home with someone who is around a lot of the time and with breed experience.
TK has shown some guarding behaviours in the home and he tries to test the boundaries, so he will need a home with someone who can give him the time he needs to settle and build confidence and learn that he doesn’t need to be silly. With us, TK has never put a foot wrong. He can be a little unsure of new people at first, but once he knows you he’s happy and he shows no guarding behaviours at all in his kennel or our cabin area. On lazy days when he refuses to get out of his bed, he’s happy being cleaned around and he’ll sit quite happily with this toys / bone and he doesn’t guard anything, as he trusts us and his space. We feel with the right home and commitment, TK would make a lovely companion.

Spotted a dog you love? Start by filling in our online adoption form or giving us a call, where you’ll tell us about your lifestyle and the kind of pup you’re hoping to take home.
Step 2
We Start the Search
With your details in hand, we’ll start matching you with the dogs in our care. You don’t need to do anything else – we’ll get in touch as soon as we find a potential match.
Step 3
Meet Your New Best Friend
If we’ve found a dog that seems right for you, we’ll invite you to meet them. Some pups may need a few visits to feel comfortable, but all of this helps us make sure it’s a good fit.
Step 4
Reserve Your Pup
Ready to make it official? We’ll guide you through all the paperwork and reserve your four-legged friend while you get everything set for their arrival.
Step 5
Take Them Home
Once all the necessary checks are completed, you’ll take your new pup home for your one-month adoption trial.
Step 6
Not the Right Fit? No Problem
If life takes a turn or things don’t click, we’ll always welcome our dogs back with open arms and zero judgement – whether it’s during the trial period or after.
