Rocky came into our care from a home. Sadly when he was younger he experienced a traumatic event as he was involved in a car accident which spooked him. He was in the boot at the time and this has left Rocky with some worries about getting into a car, although he is slowly improving with time and patience and going at his own pace. He does also worry about going up stairs.
When in our orchard area, Rocky loves to bound around and play. He’s very comical and he loves fuss. He can be a little shouty at other dogs so we feel he would be best suited as the only dog in the home.
Rocky is a very sweet and funny boy but he’s also very sensitive so he will need a special home with someone who can work with him to build up his confidence and go at his pace.

Spotted a dog you love? Start by filling in our online adoption form or giving us a call, where you’ll tell us about your lifestyle and the kind of pup you’re hoping to take home.
Step 2
We Start the Search
With your details in hand, we’ll start matching you with the dogs in our care. You don’t need to do anything else – we’ll get in touch as soon as we find a potential match.
Step 3
Meet Your New Best Friend
If we’ve found a dog that seems right for you, we’ll invite you to meet them. Some pups may need a few visits to feel comfortable, but all of this helps us make sure it’s a good fit.
Step 4
Reserve Your Pup
Ready to make it official? We’ll guide you through all the paperwork and reserve your four-legged friend while you get everything set for their arrival.
Step 5
Take Them Home
Once all the necessary checks are completed, you’ll take your new pup home for your one-month adoption trial.
Step 6
Not the Right Fit? No Problem
If life takes a turn or things don’t click, we’ll always welcome our dogs back with open arms and zero judgement – whether it’s during the trial period or after.
